In addition, there is a new addition to the setting with the existence of an institute that oversees the training of Espers. (Watch Toaru no Majitsu Index/ A Certain Magical Index in order to better understand the abilities.)
The usual Light vs Dark theme is retained as there will be Death Eaters and an Order of the Phoenix. In addition, if everyone is up to it, a Magic vs Science theme might take place as well. More will be on the way.
